Refund & Exchange Policy

For Orders Placed Within India At Katun Handloom, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. If you wish to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to assist you! We offer a free return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Conditions:

  • Refunds for COD orders will be provided as Store Credit only.

  • Returned items must have tags intact and must show no visible signs of wear, tear, or use.

  • Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Exchanged items cannot be exchanged again.

  • Shipping fees, if applicable, will not be refunded.

  • The sale of 'Combo' & 'Final Sale' items is final and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Orders placed using Store Credit are not valid for returns or exchanges.

  • Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for products from the 'Botanica' collection.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Visit https://katunhandloom.com

  2. Log in using the email associated with your order.

  3. Navigate to ‘My Account’ by clicking the account icon at the top right.

  4. Select the order you wish to return or exchange.

  5. Click the Request Return button.

Store Credit:

  • For COD orders or if you opt for Store Credit, it will be issued within 24 hours after the returned order is received.

  • You will receive a notification via WhatsApp/email.

  • Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the issue date.

  • The credited amount will be for the product(s) only; shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds:

  • Monetary refunds are not provided for COD orders, except for damaged items.

  • If you receive a damaged item, share images and details with us via WhatsApp/email within 24 hours of receipt.

  • We will either replace the item (if available) or offer a full refund if a replacement is not possible.

  • Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, minor misprints or slight color variations from website images may occur. These are not considered defects.

International Orders

We do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

If you receive a damaged product, inform us within 48 hours of receipt at support@ecoclothingindia.com or via WhatsApp at +91 8779650598 (Monday – Saturday, 10 AM-6 PM IST).

Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
