- We accept multiple payment methods, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and COD (for eligible orders in India).
- Katun Handloom reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or payment issues.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- Free shipping is available for all prepaid orders and COD orders above Rs. 2000 within India. A shipping fee of Rs. 100 applies to COD orders below Rs. 2000.
- International shipping costs are auto-calculated at checkout, and customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes applicable.
- Estimated delivery timelines will be provided, but delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within **7 days of order delivery** (excluding sale items and special collections like 'Botanica').
- The returned product must be unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- COD order refunds are issued as store credit, valid for 1 year.
- Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed to the original payment method, except for shipping charges.
- For damaged items, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
